We recently stayed at the remodeled Maison de Mandeville Guesthouse in the Faubourg Marigny. The Marigny is adjacent to the French Quarter so it's location is great. The rooms were a nice size (all 5 of them). Each had a private bath. There was a common living area with a large pine dining table begging for more of their delicious home made bisquits. I'd definitely stay there again. It's more of a quiet place to stay during the day, but right next to all the nightlife of New Orleans.
